What is the Pet Sitters Education Forum?

The Pet Sitters Education Forum is a teaching platform for all pet sitters and other pet professionals who desire to learn to how to correctly work with pets that require medical attention during their visits.
Those medical needs often include diabetic patients that require daily and/or twice daily insulin injections, pets with kidney disease that require fluid administration under the skin (Subcutaneous fluid administration, or Sc Fluids) and oral medicating.

This site is here to educate pet caregivers in providing medical care to patients they care for who are on medications or who have particular diseases or medical conditions that require daily care.

Many pet sitters want to be able to offer top quality care to their clients pets that have medical needs but they do not have the training or a veterinary background to be able to provide the required care.
These pet sitters often have to turn down the requested pet sit because they are not qualified and are not comfortable with providing that care.

Pet sitters often inquire on whether or not I would teach a class that would educate them in these areas but I find that they are often too busy and have too many time restraints to attend a class. I've been asked by numerous pet sitters to give them a place to go that will offer them a power point slideshow to educate themselves at their own pace.
Now pet sitters can purchase these PDF's and Power Points that I've created and learn on their own time so that they can accept pet sitting inquiries that require medical needs.

I offer Pet Sitter Educational Courses in my home once every few months.
If you are a pet sitter and would like to attend please feel free to call or email me to find out when my next class is. The class is approximately 2 hours and the cost is $45.

Thank you!
